I wore it for boarding over pants and a bib. It’s not very loose fitting but I could wear a thin down coat underneath it. There is a pass pocket on the arm.The zippers have a nice waterproof rubber lining.The hood can cinch. There is a powder skirt.There is an inside pocket that zips and a mesh pocket inside. There are two pockets on the outside near the hands. There are a few worn areas - it’s still very waterproof but I wanted to call it out.
